Transsexuals have long been a fascination for me. I wondered at the powerful force behind the decision to change sex identity, go through hormone therapy, surgery, and risk being socially isolated and discriminated. I wondered what was their sexuality like. I wondered what was their daily life and if their journey of transformation was a source of happiness or regret.

I met Craig on the beach in Byron. He is from Maitland NSW and has been drawing ephemeral art on the sand for 15 years. He only draws Yin & Yang designs and spirals. Yin & Yang is the balance and the spirals are the infinite. Combined they represent the balance of infinite love. He doesn't do it for the money. He doesn't want to make money out of his art. He does it to make a gift and spread the love. He makes a new design every day for 40 days in a row. He says that each day, each design will influence different people differently. A beautiful man.
